The concept of graduate studies refers to the stage that comes after the completion of the bachelor's stage, in which the student studies master's and doctorate, and is considered the end of the academic stages in the student's life, and graduate studies require writing innovative and unprecedented scientific research, and graduate studies are divided into several stages, namely diploma, master's, and doctoral thesis, and it is not required to complete all stages, where the student can study one of these stages only, and the duration of the study is according to the degree of postgraduate studies, the diploma has a duration ranging from one to two years, The master's degree is three years, and the doctorate is five years, and the importance and volume of scientific research required to be written by the student also varies according to the scientific stage for which he is applying.

Objectives
Objectives of the College for Postgraduate Studies:
The Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences seeks, through the
implementation of its postgraduate programs, to achieve the following
objectives:
1- Activating the movement of scientific research in the field of
physical education and sports sciences and creating the appropriate climate for
creativity.
2- Keeping abreast of global scientific and technical developments in
the field of physical education and sports sciences
3- Accreditation of researchers and professors at a high level of
technical and scientific capabilities scientifically qualified to become
experts in the journals of their various specializations.
3- Conducting research and studies in various fields of physical
