Today, Sunday, January 15, 2023, the College of Sciences was honored to host the Supreme Committee for preparing the guide for the colleges of science in Libyan universities formed by the decision of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research

  Today, the committee of mathematics departments, and then the committee of statistics departments, was presented in the presence of some experts in quality and curricula in addition to scientific specialization. This work came after many meetings and meetings, directly or remotely, between professors specializing in mathematics and statistics from various science faculties in Libyan universities.

After each presentation, discussion takes place and notes are drawn up and what is required for modification to reach the best that can show the work of each committee. Thus, the mathematics departments and the statistics departments have completed their work after the group of chemistry departments completed their work in the past days

  Next week, God willing, will be a presentation of the physics departments, and so on until the work of 12 departments is completed, which are the scientific departments in the various faculties of science.

At the end of the meeting, Mr. Chairman of the Committee thanked the coordinators and members of the two teams for the effort exerted and the conclusion of this fruitful work in order to raise the faculties of science, develop them and put them in the ranks of scientific faculties at the Arab and international level, God willing.
