Welcome to the Department of Dramatic Arts at the University of Tripoli. Dramatic Arts a department in the faculty of Fine Arts, offers comprehensive training and education encouraging students to develop as performers, producers, designers, directors and the many roles needed to create the art of Drama. 

Vision

Excellence in providing specialized academic programs in the fields of fine and applied arts, keeping pace with scientific and technical development, scientific research, consulting and social services in art at the local and international levels.

Mission

Raise the level of awareness, improve the aesthetic and creative taste of our society and actively contribute to community development in various artistic, cultural and creative aspects.

Objectives

  • Qualifying students and raising their creative abilities in the fields of Dramatic arts.
  • Encouraging and supporting students and professors to contribute to the artistic and creative movement and to participate in exhibitions and artistic events locally and internationally.
  • Preparing, supervising and publishing distinguished scientific research in the fields of Dramatic arts.
  • Providing community services and consultations in the fields of Dramatic art and creative works
